Kowalenko Consulting Group (KCG) provides key skills in various aspects of management consulting such as environmental risk management as well as project management in remediation situations or construction oversight. KCG change management consulting includes contributing its communication and technical writing and editing expertise to re-engineering scenarios in the public sector, specifically in the procurement and purchasing arenas. • Chicago Public Schools (CPS) – Change Management, Communication and Marketing Consulting. The strategic planning for an E-Procurement system for schools and central office departments included change management, communication, and marketing plans deliverables, and the facilitation of team building workshops.
