Kowalenko Consulting Group, Inc. (KCG), established in 1988 by Emma Kowalenko offers business and professional development consulting services to public, non profit, and private sector clients.

Online graduate degree education, mentoring, coaching, business and professional development, management consulting and facilitation services include the production, facilitation, and implementation of online Master of Science courses for working professionals, mentoring and coaching for optimizing in–house talent and creativity with the goals of business growth and sustainability.

Focus areas include organizational health and individual professional development in the areas of Emotional, Social, and Cultural Intelligence, IQ, SQ, honing leadership competencies. Communication skills training including immersions in business culture and language of other professions, social groups, and foreign countries.


Planning services encompass all facets of project quality assurance, strategic planning, agency and stakeholder outreach, and public meeting presentations. Related services are communication to diverse populations, research, technical writing and editing, and foreign language interpretation and translation.



Company Certifications: KCG is certified with municipal, state, and federal agencies as a Woman Owned Business (WBE and FBE), a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and as a Woman Owned Small Disadvantaged Business (WOSDB).
